Hope you guys are doing well. Finally my lengthening journey is over.

Total days in frame =100

Total lengthening done =78mm

Total gain =68mm

Total pin loss=10mm

Finally achieved 68mm and happy with my new height. My Total journey is quite good. Seen many ups and downs, pains, muscle stiffness, etc. My frame was removed on end of august. I have 2cm ballerina after frame removal. By physiotherapy is going down now I have only 1cm ballerina. Hopefully it will go away with in few weeks. Overall journey is ok. Thanks to Nishar sir and team especially my care taker who helped me alot. Literally I gonna miss his cooked food. Any way huuuu. This place changed my life it's give me a new life to increase my height. Sharing my after frame removal x-rays.

After returning home working on my rehabilitation. Doing intense physiotherapy by self. Doing cycling 1 hour a day. Working on my tendon Achilles to normalized it. Doing standing 2 hour a day. Started walking with support of walker at home. Still not confident to walk without support maybe independent walk will come after few weeks so working on it hopefully will get it soon. Callus formation is satisfactory and good enough. Pain is little bit there while doing standing after some time Pain will disappear it's self. So Currently not taking any pain  killer after frame removal. Attaching my latest xrays.

Hi there, how have you been? Have you got enough callus formation to walk unaided and unassisted? It's November now, and your last post was in August, post your progress In these 3 months

Hi. It's been 3 months after frame removal. I am under recovery. walking good with support of walker. But  Didn't try to walk unassisted yet. Will try it sooner. Over all recovery is ok and satisfying.
After returning home  i am in touch with Nishar sir. He guides me properly about exercises over the phone on what to do and how to do it. Thanks to his guidance I am recovering well. I will be always grateful to him.
