Thinking about doing LON tibias, just want 4-5cm. Based on other experiences, and your thoughts, is this a reasonable goal? Also if you have surgeon recommendations let me know. Thanks!

Seems reasonable. 4cm-5cm is usually the starting point of where the achilles tendons starts it's limits of stretching, but it depends on the person.

4 cm for safe extension. 5 cm is the safety limit. Anything over 5 cm is a big risk.

Tibia: 4 cm for safe extension. 5 cm is the safety limit. Anything over 5 cm is a big risk.
Femur: 5 cm for save estension. 8 cm is the safety limit. Antything over 8 cm is a big risk.

Thanks!
Do you think that I'll recover 99% if I do internals 6.5cm max on femurs?

Personally, thinking to go just 3 cm on tibia. Get done with it fast.  Preferably in Iran and a reasonable price. 6 months forward, I’m doing 7 cm femur. Hopefully with max system. 10 cm overall. Figure it’s the best for biomechanics, esthetics, proportions and overall significant boost
