If you have little femurs, you have more little tibias, start with that segment, dont lengthen above 6.5 And everything Will be fine.

You can surely save up a little extra and do internal femurs? You might have to wait longer, but it seems worth it to me. It's much better to have longer femurs- otherwise you'll probably have a higher risk of arthritis later on.

BTW, not wanting to create another thread to ask this: how are you supposed to measure your femur? Isn't it from the inguinal crease on the external side of the leg down to the bit where you can feel the femur connect to the tibia?

You can certainly do internal femurs for 25,000 euros or even less all in all, even if you have extra money for complications.

The only way to measure your femur is through a special x-ray like the EOS.

Have you gotten X-Rays of your legs or are you saying your femurs are short from looking at them? Measuring your legs with a tape from the outside is absolutely and utterly pointless.
