I am doing simultaneous lengthening (both femurs and tibias) and i am about 4 cms in (2.5 tibias + 1.5 femurs). I am doing the standard 0.75mm femur and 0.50mm tibia per day. I have this problem for a while now since my femur surgery, whenever i do a stretch to make my legs straight (mostly hamstring stretches), I have a lot of pain (pain level 8-9) on the lower leg (tibia region). I talked to my PTs and they all said it was weird and shouldn’t happen. It is a big problem for me because I am struggling to stretch since it is literally unbearable. One patient i talked to told me that did the same procedure told me it’s bone pain and it happened to him too. I am pretty sure its not nerve paim because I am already taking gabapentin and not muscular since I also tried muscle relaxers and the pain did seem to come from the bone. I am wondering if anyone went through something like this?
