Make a "How I'm feeling"/Mindset section

Emotional and philosophical discussions might be interesting but they're cancer to someone trying to find data and facts instead of ideals. A new section for all that to go would be nice imo.

Finally someone has the guts to say it. Currently, this forum currently looks more like one of those "short people support" sites than a resource to discuss the very specific issues related to this surgery.
