That's a very good question. To be honest, I'm not doing this to attract more women or draw attention to myself. If that were the case, I wouldn't even be on this forum, and I wouldn't know about this surgery. I'm doing this for myself, to feel better in my own body, even though I am already quite tall.

What I'm afraid of are the complications. The idea that I might undergo this operation and it could forever affect my gait or my ability to run is concerning. I understand your point of view, but if I have one piece of advice, it's to ensure you do it with a good doctor. From what I hear, you will only face problems in Turkey.

To conclude, I think you can aim for a 7-8 cm increase in your femur. With the right technique and good shoes, you will be above 1m70, which I believe will completely change your life... probably even more than mine. Man - 1M60 help plz

Quote from: quika34 on June 06, 2024, 11:45:05 PMHello Omar, but why consider such an operation if you're already 180cm tall?
I can understand that you're scared, and that's normal. Personally, I'm more afraid of continuing to live with this complex than of attempting an OP.

Some people who are above 175cm like me and Omar
are interested in doing this to have a better body proportions

You can just do 8 cm femur and 7 cm tibia, then wait 2 years and repeat to get 30 cm done in total. You are 190 cm now.

LOL, don't do more than 4 inches total if you want to look more or less acceptable. Since you're 160 cm man, your torso, frame, arms and hands are significantly smaller so you'll most definitely look disproportional after 4 inches of LL.

I agree with Omar, even though I'm very short at 165 cm, my main focus is improving leg-to-body ratio rather than gaining absolute max height. I don't want to look like a freak and recovery is very important to me.

No one literally cares about your proportions as long as you're tall lol

Unless you're going to get nked with a girl.

Nobody's gonna be proportionate after 4 inches of LL. I've seen many dudes who did 5, 6, 7 or even 8 inches and they all look bad after close examination.

Unless you want to do AL after double LL, 4 inches split into 2 segments is the maximum you can achieve without looking unacceptable nked.

I've seen Betz diaries where people did 12 cm in femurs only and they look awful nked.

@Omar,

Salut Omar,

Ça me rendrait tellement heureux.

@AnotherLLer

I understand, but in reality I prefer to do 8cm on the femurs or even 6 if I know that I'm doing the tibias, then I'll need 4cm...
And the shins aren't my goal, even if they're small in real life... I've got big legs and lengthening them will help me slim down...

I'd have to make a model but I can't do it to see more precisely
