manageable without painkillers?

those who had precice,
was it manageable without painkillers?

if not, how long did you have to take them after initial surgery?

Not manageable in my opinion and needed at least a month after surgery

I heard the first week after the surgery is the most painful. After first week pain is not a problem anymore. So maybe just take painkiller for the first week?
