Hi everyone
I have a question to people that did tibia lengthening. My starting height was 166.5 cm in the evening and I did 4.5 cm on tibias. The problem is that when i measure myself(still in frames ;/) I get 169 cm. Do you guys think that might be related to duck ass and knee bending since my body did not have time to get to a normal shape etc? Did anyone measured height straight after finishing distraction and then after proper recovery?

Yeah. The only place I lost height was in my back since I was resting so much while lengthening.

I did internal femurs. So It isnt the same. But my posture was not the best at first. For my experience you doesnt gain more than 0.5cm with the improve posture. So lengthen more . You should stop when you reach the height you want . Not the cm you think you did. Because you could have done less cm that you think.
