Mods, could you please sticky a guide to scar removal surgery for internals?

Ex: what kind of doctor, what kind of surgery, how much did it cost back then, how long should you wait after rod removal, any other useful info?

I am doing gnail femurs now, considering doing precise tibias, then rod removal for both, and then scar removal surgery after followed maybe by tattooing if that fails to conceal it completely

er I guess internals and external scars
