Hello, could people please tell me. If you lengthen your tibias, does this generally cause muscle atrophy on your thighs??
So if you say lengthen just your tibias 6 cm using an external device, not LON, just external device with nothing else and not lengthen your femurs, will your thighs get thinner by losing muscle?
Does anyone know from experience??
Thanks
Thank you for these replies. As stupid as this will sound, I would absolutely love some muscle atrophy on my thighs. I would love to have thinner thighs with less muscle. Basically muscle atrophy on a woman's thighs must be most women's' dream come true. Women usually look better with thinner thighs. This sounds like a great bonus point of LL for women.
I wonder what I can to get more muscle atrophy on thighs without harming my recovery too much. Not sure what to do exactly. Maybe staying in bed more during recovery. But thank you for your replies.
Quote from: Ascending on November 30, 2018, 11:06:48 AMSarah123, this is a really bad idea. I can't believe what I'm reading. I suggest you do everything possible to recover as quickly as possible and not be concerned about getting slimmer thighs. This can be achieved after you recover by a combination of diet, aerobic exercise and weight training for toning (low weight/high reps). You could get the results you want within 6 months if you know what you are doing. But make sure your bones have completely consolidated first.
Thanks for this advice. I guess I was being stupid. I know I sound ridiculously naive at times. You’re right. Recovery is very important.
