This is after one year post initial surgery, definitely it’s nonunion and limb lengthening discrepancy about 1cm by nail slipping due to their poor skill
you can see the devastating my bone healing and their poor nail fixation

they have performed bone graft surgery using COREBOBE, COREBOBE is the least expensive allograft material created in Iran.
the physician prefers not to extract from the iliac crest, so they must utilize affordable synthetic bone.

Did you finish limb lengthening in 2020? More than 2 years ago?

Is that a current x-ray?

Do you believe that, in this instance, it would be more beneficial to decrease the lengthened amount so that you can recover more quickly rather than endure additional years of suffering?

2 options in my opinion:

1. Consider undergoing a bonegraft procedure using a hip graft. I underwent this surgery on my left tibia, and it turned out well for me. Nonetheless, it is uncertain if this approach would suffice in your situation. This decision would need to be made by a physician.

2. Allow the healing process to occur naturally.

Do you experience any pain in the hip/iliac area after bone harvesting? Are there any cosmetic imbalances?

They tell me that my non-union persists and claim it is not non-union for about one year since they need to observe the inexpensive quality of the core bone melting process.

They responded to me mentioning cost efficiency.

They refuse autograft because the doctor dislikes harvesting from the iliac crest, finding the process troublesome. He wants to avoid this troublesome procedure.
