In my case, it is about 2 years since I removed the implants, I am very active, go to gym, I don’t feel any discomfort and even forget about leg lengthening.

Hi! I think you will have to start from the beginning to go back to MMA. Are you a professional sportsman?

Of course, 5 cm is not as much as it in my case. I think you will go back to your routine quickly.

By the way, it is better to ask the doctor regarding MMA 🙂

Hi, I wanted to ask your opinion, after a lengthening procedure (I would aim for 5 cm) is it possible in your opinion to go back to doing MMA, thanks.

Thanks for the reply, I also wanted to ask you if you feel more pain with impacts, not so in my case if a blow hit my legs would I feel it more?
