I had operation 5 months ago, now there is still depression on the frontal new regenerated tibia. will it stay like that forever?

I dont know if your doc still can do corrections or if he even can, becuase with Ilizarovs can be done but with another kind of fixators It May need another surgery. When did you finish lengthening?

I finished lengthening about three month ago but stopped manipulation just one month ago

Your surgeon should know how to deal with misalignments

by eye you cannot measure anything. Get an xray and speak to your doc. Sometimes you get a little bit less regenerate in the front  much more in the back. No need to panic
