I recently completed my LL Journey with the above company, and even though I found some aspects positive, there were mostly negative aspects. The positive is the doctor; I believe he is very professional, good at what he does, and cares about his patients, but the bad comes after when you have to spend your time at the hotel. From the start, you are blatantly lied to by saying they have a 24/7 gym and pool, which is just not true; they haven't had a gym in over 6 months at least but will still post and advertise pictures saying that they do, I assume so they can get customers in the door, which is really dishonest. Same with the pool; it's closed, and even when it's open, it's not even wheelchair-friendly, so just another lie you are told is that hydrotherapy is offered. The physio room is so small, it's a hazard; you are always tripping over something, from walkers to wheelchairs. There is no equipment; the very few things they do have, such as a massage gun and exercise bike, are broken and have been broken for many months. Again, no one seems to care at all; it's like they are living in some fantasy. The beds where physiotherapy is carried out are broken; I think only one bed works at the moment. No AC I think it may finally be working at the moment. The hotel staff is rude and disrespectful when bringing up problems with the hotel. For a new hotel, it looks like it's been open for 150 years. Its property management is horrible, and the food quality is not so good. Maggots in the food at breakfast are common, and only 5% of the menu at dinner is available, and again, the hotel staff doesn't care. For the price you pay, you don't get much in return; you are basically trapped alone in your room for months at a time as they have no rec room for the patients or nothing to do. I met some great Turkish people, but again, some Turkish people within this company won't even talk to you unless you speak Turkish; you are basically invisible, and again, if you bring it up to anyone, you are just gaslighted for telling the truth. I have also seen some pretty bad stuff with this company, such as female patients being sexually assaulted and harassed. And a male patient was stabbed and nearly died, and the company—all they could think about was money and how the company looked—tried to sweep it under the rug and delete evidence. No support was offered. I recommend to anyone that they go somewhere else for the hotel because it's double the price and you get nothing where other places are half the price. For example, Livelifetaller has really good equipment and actually does have a gym and pool made for people using wheel chairs, and they seem a lot friendlier there.
My review of wannabe taller turkey (mostly negative )

I think overall turkey is safe. I trust some doctors and for the most part the Turkish people are kind it's all about picking the right LL company. Choose the right one and your time here will be fantastic but choose a bad company you probably still get your height gain but will be really boring and a lot harder due to many issues constantly coming up.

Yes it is getting off topic a little. Just wanted to warn people stay away from WBT as it is a very poorly run and dishonest company.
Quote from: Acemace86 on September 13, 2023, 03:17:23 PMDid they reuse precice nails from a different patient. Am I understanding this correctly?
Yes it's something they have done. Someone told me the same thing.
I think you are trying to convince yourself to go with WBT with this long-winded, somewhat pointless message of yours. No offense. The reason why there is a grudge towards them, as you say, is because they have negatively impacted many people. Just look at all these personal experiences about them. If you want to go to Turkey, consider AFA or even LLT before considering WBT. They are just not good people, end of story. About 30+ patients who went with WBT agree with the statement above. Just look at how this WBT official guy responds to some of the posts; that should be enough to discourage you from choosing them."
Just remember when you slander someone. It means making false statements. The facts presented are truthful and has plenty of evidence to back them up. So it's not slander if it's the truth remember that.
