I am now extending my left thigh and right shin in the primary surgery of the cross LON method, but the pain in the left shin Why is this? Is there anyone else who has had such an experience?

How much have you lengthened? Is it nerve pain? Both my shins are numb, tingly, and sometimes hurt and I have no other pain anywhere else. I'm doing internal femurs and I'm at 53mm.
