Do you think if i do LL in another country, i can go back and get the nail removal for free in my homecountry (Gemany)? I have the AOK insurance (nothing special).

Probably not. In most cases nail removal is considered optional even when the insertion was done by a domestic doctor for medically necessary reasons that were fully covered by insurance.

In Italy you can have both nails or exfix removed for free
