Anyone know any good doctors in the eastern United States?
I’m 5’3 (For the People living in the US) and I’m trying to get to 5’8, I’m in a good condition physically despite being massively underweight (42. Kilograms) and 17 years old, my doctor said my growth plates are near closed and sees 5’4 at best if I got lucky, my parents are partially concerned, that tried to get me HGH because my levels are extremely low but my endocrinologist said that it is too late.

I’m fairly new to LL so I need someone to teach me the best methods for my body type to get to 5’8, I’ve heard people saying this like Internal/ External and other methods like adding cm to either the femur or the tibia, links would be appreciated.

Hands stop growing first of all. Perhaps your legs and especially your spine can still grow. I would still try growth hormone. Even a few centimeters in your situation will not be superfluous.

I don’t know how in the USA, but in Russia growth hormone can often be bought in sports nutrition stores or in online stores without doctor's prescription.
If I were 16, I would buy. Moreover, now I know that after 16 I grew by about 2-3 cm, which means that my growth plates were open at that time and the HGH would probably improve the end height.
