Hi, I have experienced numbness and nerve pain since I gained 35mm. What nerve supplements shall I take to help grow my nerve? Please be exact about the brand name and/or send the link! Thanks!

My friend recommended mecobalamin. It’s a form of vitamin B12. I didn’t do much research on it, but some websites says: “ vitamin B12 – is reliable "comfort food for our nerves" because it ensures the normal function of our nerves and is involved in nerve growth and the regeneration of stressed nerves.”

I haven’t tried it myself though.

Why haven’t you tried it? Your had numbness which is caused by slow nerve growth, right? Do you think that mecobalamin has too much vitamin b? I saw the label the vitamin b12 is like 208,333% of DV….

Mecobalamin is water soluble so technically you can’t have too much of it. Any excess amount will leave through urine. I’m not worried about numbness and it doesn’t bother me so I never tried it.

Wait a second, I just read your bio, and I’m sorry to derail the thread, but did you seriously go from 159 cm to 181?
