I do not know what you mean for expensive. It is like an average European big city.
I live in Switzerland thought! 
I do get bored every now and than but I keep myself busy.

I have been lengthening for around one week.
I don't feel pain when I turn. I have no much tension but one of the wires is causing me problems. The pins are ok but the wires are so much more painful! I am taking painkillers daily.

in this or next month, i will fix an appointment with catagni and ask him if he let me talk with some patients that he and pili operated

Dr. Pili worked in the UK. He speaks perfect english.
You will have no problems
