I finally got some fresh news from Barcelona guesthouse. Musicmaker was absent for a while because she was at hospital for new complication and another patient had a femur fracture and DIED. I don't know more details.
People from guesthouse told one patient.
How do you know that? That person from guesthouse told my friend a patient died from femur fracture and Musicmaker was in hospital for many days because she had a very bad complication
I don't know. They just told me one patient in the guesthouse died after femur fracture.

Mr Sarcastic is harsh even for me. What he does is not good. I just want to give news and information about salesmen and unethical doctors but I don't want to make fun of anybody so cruelly.
I have never done anything illegal. I have just shared information without giving names. I have never posted false information to create a bad image of a person. If there was any misunderstanding in my interpretation of the information I corrected myself. I can't be prosecuted in a foreign country. I can't be prosecuted in the USA. Tell me why I should be prosecuted if I didn't insult anybody and never revealed personal info using real names. My only purpose was to bring awareness about some unethical practices and individuals I was aware of. I can be annoying. Don't read my posts if you don't like them. But I haven't done anything illegal.
This time my source just told me a patient from the guesthouse broke his femur and died and it seems it's true. I didn't pull it out of my ass. Not a Monegal patient? I couldn't know that. I said I had no many details. My source also told me Musicmaker went to hospital because she had a very bad complication and there is no doubt about this although some people are trying to protect her and the doctor.
Don't read my posts if you don't like them but let other people learn from me about this surgery and doctors who exploit other people's insecurities to make personal profit.
I know my rights and the USA laws. I have done nothing illegal. Freedom of speech exists here. I have just brought some facts here to expose some doctors. I haven't published personal information of anybody using their real names. I haven't insulted anybody. I have articulated my opinion and brought some real information so that you can get your own opinion.
Jbc you are selfish and arrogant. You can afford Paley but other people can't. Cheap prices attract them. Would you like to take the responsibility if they become crippled? I get many support private messages. Perhaps my posts are more useful to people than yours. Think about this.

Isn't it true that a patient from the guesthouse died from a femur fracture (whether it was Monegal's or not)? Isn't it true Musicmaker is having a bad complication? Prove this is not true.
If you and jbc really think this is illegal you have a dictatorial mindset. Telling the truth and articulate one's opinions is not a crime.
No Regrets you don't have a clue. People from the guesthouse confirmed that Musicmaker was at hospital (complication). Call them if you want. I am entitled to my opinion and divulge true facts so that people can get their own. No crime here.
Mr Sarcastic is right here. If you make up stories it could be a crime but if those stories are real there is no defamation, and I got my information from real people who told me the truth. Sometimes I misinterpret but I always apologize if I'm wrong. I have 2 examples of confusions:
1) I said there was a Monegal patient whose implant failed and had to be exfixed and had to pay again and finally got a new implant. I understood this patient was the American guy but it was Musicmaker. Musicmaker got everything in this lottery. The American guy had also problems with implants but he didn't have to be exfixed. I got confused and then apologized.
2) I said there was a patient who died in the guesthouse and MM had a complication again. Was it false? No. No defamation then. It's true there was a guy in the guesthouse who died from a femur fracture and that Musicmaker had a new complication. When people said the guy who died was not a Monegal patient I accepted that because I don't know more details than that but I cannot accept new lies about Musicmaker because I know she is having complications and went to hospital because people from the guesthouse confirmed this.
Those are the 2 cases where I got confused. The rest of the information I have posted here is right. No defamation then. You have no case.
