Distraction completed 3 cm, 4cm  more to get my target
Pain level 0, no pain at all. Till now my journey is smooth as butter

Just a friendly advice, if you are doing tibia please try to stay around 5 cm , max 6....as far as my knowledge goes thats the safe limit that best doctors(Paley...) recommend....so as to have an athletic recovery as close to pre op....

Just a suggestion....

Bro... to tell you the truth... im myself 165...and my goal is also 7 cm!....
I was thinking to do femur....cuz of you know the safety limit thing....
but best of luck to you .... i hope you reach your target very smoothly.....and have an athletic recovery even after doing 7cm on tbia....
