It seems like there is no information anywhere about this variation of the procedure, even though plenty of surgeons list this as an offering.
My goal is 4.5 inches of lengthening, but I really don't feel comfortable going through the recovery process twice. I just want to get this done, rehab extremely aggressively, and move on with my life.
I'm very healthy, active, and athletic. I used to train 3 hours a day in college with ease.
Who has had experiences with this? What's the advice here? Is there a way to do this reasonably with enough commitment (outside of Dr.Paley because he charges 200k)?

Yes, I understand it's possible, but nobody seems to discuss it. I haven't seen a single non-Paley/non-Stryde patient experience to date.

well simply because nobody wants to do it, I know some guy @ mahboubian did it for 15cm quadrilateral but he doesn't have a diary on here. but its possible to do and has been done before.
