Yes 7cm tibias is too much. Dont go over 5cm.

8cm on femur is the limit. But only do internal at femur. So u could choose precice 2. there are several doctors.

The most important thing is safty and Not money.

Don’t go cm, go %. 5 Cm is the common is average safe zone for tibia and femur is 6/7.
10% to 20% of segment bone lenght is recommended, but try to aim for 15% max to avoid complications.

Start with femur... do Dr. Giotikas in Greece hes about 50k USD and reputable and safe.

Don't do tibias if you can help it and if you must do it after the 8cm in femurs(which is safe) and stick to 5cm. 5cm=2inch, you do not want to lengthen your tibias more than 2 inches...itd likely disrupt a good portion of your life although sometimes you have to.

Build up capital... take out a loan... race to get this done as young as possible. Study individually... go to the information tab on the main forumn not just the discussions.
