No Weight-bearing nails in the US?

I did some quick research and found Precice Stryde was recalled and no doctor uses LON in the US.

Weight-bearing is a must-have for me.

Anyone knows doctors who practice LON or other weight-bearing nails in the US?

An alternative I found was the Betzbine nail but it’s only available in Germany.
