I got numbness or reduced sensitivity at the "inside area" of both of my feet after tibia surgery (LON).
I'm exactly two and a half month post surgery now. The reduced sensitivity in my left foot has disappeared almost completely (~95% normal).
The numbness in my right foot has turned into reduced sensitivity (~70% normal) and is slowly getting better.

Some patients got numbness in OR after surgery because they nerves were damaged. They still have numbness problems after years. Other patients had numbness when distracting. Those reported their numbness went away.

it occurs after nailing surgery not during lengthening period
