Is this possible?

How long will the recovery take?

How are the surgeries spaced out?

There are so many confusing sources online.

Is it safe to get the surgery in Mexico?

I'm very sick of living life at this height as a man. I have everything else going for me and all of it is erased by my height. It's like I'm an outcast and the world gaslights you about it.

Man, the shorter you are, the less you can elongate !
That is happening because there is a limit for short people. For taller people is easier to stretch more the muscles, nerves and vessels. Just imagine a rubber band of 5cm which can stretch only double. But a 10cm one can be stretched triple... because it has a "cumulative material reserve".

Me, I was 5.7 and I didn't risk to go more than 4.7 inches, because I could ruin my health irreversible !

For you it is risky to go more than 4 inches (to be 5.6 tall), in quad surgery, but if you have patience after 2-3 years you can start again the elongation, because you will already have "reserve of material"... so you can get 2-3 inches extra.
But, keep in mind, first you have to measure well your femur, tibia and wingspan... so you can avoid disproportions !

Yes, that means a lot of money and suffering, but if you'll do it in the right way, it worth and you will be even taller than you hoped !

Don't play s-tupid with your body and your health !

You're welcome !

Don't do with G-nail or any mechinical nail. Only do it with FDA approved device (called precise) and best surgeons like play, assayag etc.

My wingspan is around 5'8 so I'm going to go for at least 5-6 inches. And honestly, the disproportion fears appear to be way overblown. In real life people don't notice that much --- at least not compared to your actual height when you are very short.

Precice is just better bro because you can retract it if you have slow bone growth. Least risky option IMO. Fitbone also have corrosion issue (it's rare but happens) and gnail bends and is not full weight bearing as they claim.

u can get like 6cm on tibias and 8 cm on femurs. thats like 5.6 inches . pretty close after gaining that much ur health will deteriorate because lengthening so much. max gain. ur muscles with be sore with u for like 2 years.  how much u will spend for that much pain. probably $120,000. i mean if u did the cheaper way will u actually stick with the pain? they inserted all these frames on ur body and daily u will feel pain on the skin tearing. is it worth it while lengthening n u want to quit at the time. im just saying. 5'9 is a good height but it will take alot of money and pain if u did the cheaper way. i recommend u go do the lengthening asap when u have the money for it. ur life will change alot after the first lengthening.
