Hey everyone,
So I am planning to have the procedure done with Paley next may. I have already visited his facility and I will be scheduling my official consultation for sometime before the end of this month.
I am considering doing a full year of PT to get my body as flexible/prepared as possible. Any opinions/recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I'm starting law school this fall so if I have time for yoga as well as PT I will join a yoga class as well. I feel like a personalized PT program beforehand will d wonders for my recover as I can push my flexibility to an entirely new level which will hopefully offset the loss in flexibility from the surgery and improve recover and overall quality of life post op.
