opening the boarder and noticing alot of shorter guys on the streets

after coming back from lengthening overseas only 3 months i have notice an influx of migrants. they are pretty short hispanic guys(Columbian Venezuela)  on the streets now. i go downtown and see alot of them walking around or on there scooters. some in the back of the restaurants working in the kitchen. soon the average is going down instead of up lol.

Indeed. You can look at this either as unfortunate for the country, or as positive for your individual (The one-eyed man is king among the blind).
Any discussion on changing this will likely cause accusations of "eugenics" (which it is); But that is a no-no word in today's world.

how short do you eye guess this guys?  and how do you know they are not mexicans ?

they are like 5' - 5'3 guys . just walking on the streets or riding on the e scooters. im not sure if there mexicans but they are south americam guys. colombia brazil venezeula. hard to tell where there pacifically from because i dont know there culture that much.
