Good day LL'ers,
Question - I'm currently 14 days post-op for my CLL procedure and I would probably say the night time and the first of the morning is the worst. My legs are in the most dull pain and the stiffness is at its greatness aggravation level.
From anyone who has been through the process of CLL, any suggestion on how to manage this a bit? The pain medication is helpful, but also wondering if there are other things I can do in conjunction to further aide my pain management and recovery in these areas.
Thank you,

Thank you. The Stretching, I did immediately after I woke up; warmed up my legs nicely. I will try the before sleeping as well.

Hi Trevor! The stiffness is getting better each day. Very subtle improvement; but each day I am feeling better. I finally got a full nights rest last night with no interruptions of pain.
