Guys, I'm having incredible pain in my pin points, it's now stopping me from even doing physiotherapy in my bed. I've checked, and it's not infected, but the wound isn't healing well. I've cleaned it out with salene, is there anything to add to get a wound to scab properly over the pin point to decrease the pain? Keep it moist with petroleum jelly? Hydrocortisone? Antibiotic cream?

I have, his diagnosis was to wait, and keep my legs warm. I'm asking for a second opinion from people who've experienced it.
