I don't think so, he doesn't have that much time to travel all around, and if he did its will not be better idea

The financials just don't work out, if you really think about it.
He'll have to cover rent of the OT, his travelling expenses,  double taxation, commissions to local service providers, and risk earning the wrath of health regulators in a foreign country.
And with how busy he already is, I really highly doubt it.
