Hello every one. I want to do cll in Turkey but I confused the payment. They do not provide me hospital bank account. They said the hospital bank account would make the price 20% up for tax. And they provide me doctor' account.
In this situation. If I pay and the doctor do not do the surgery, what document could help me to fight? Does The surgery report with doctor sign and hospital stamp works?

Thanks for every advice. Best wish.

İ assume its doctor Serkan Gurcan
İn terms of payment, i have no idea, i didn't understand the point why hospital charges  20% up for tax, there should be no rule like that. Maybe, regulations of government is  different for foreigners there, not sure

If you wire the money and they do not perform. There is nothing you can do. With that being said maybe if you share the doctor we can help. There are a lot of smart members here and we know mostly every doctor and their reputation more or less.

In general, before surgery and during the payment procedure, an agreement is signed between health service organization (doctor, hospital, agency etc.) and the customer (patient), about how much money is paid and which services are provided in return. You can also demand this type of agreement from the doctor or hospital which will perform the surgery for you. If you have such document in your hand, and if God forbid, you cannot get the services you paid for, you can have a proof and reason to sue them and fight for your money.

Check if the doctor/hospital has enough patients and patient testimonials. It is usually a good sign about reliability of the doctor/hospital.
