I’m excited to join the community! I’m not a limb lengthening patient myself, but I’ve spent the past 3+ years working alongside a limb lengthening surgeon as a personal trainer for both femur and tibia patients.
In that time, I’ve helped dozens of individuals through pre-surgery prep, post-op rehab, and long-term mobility and strength rebuilding. I’ve seen the ups, downs, and everything in between — and I understand the physical and mental challenges this journey can bring.
I’m here to offer support, answer questions, and share insights from a rehab and movement perspective. If you’re unsure about exercises, recovery timelines, or just want to talk through your progress, feel free to reach out or comment here.
Wishing everyone strength and steady gains!
