Dear all,
do doctors recommend physical exercise (e.g. weightlifting) during the lengthening period? In my opinion, this could trigger a blood clot to dislodge and move towards the lungs causing a pulmonary embolism.
It came to my mind when I read about the indian-canadian guy who died under the supervision of Dr. G in Milan. He reported doing exercise in a gym a few days before he died from pulmonary embolism.
What's your opnion on that?

During lengthening, it's mostly stretching. For strengthening, just light exercises like standing on both legs, exercise bicycle, light leg presses, and NuStep machine at low resistance/weight.
During consolidation the strengthening exercises get progressively more intense.
