Hi Guys,
So, I have a question for veteran CLL'ers out there. The art of physical therapy is a special one. There are many many outstanding PT staff out there and there are even staff that "specialize", so to speak, in CLL PT. I was hoping that a veteran CLL'er could reply to this post with a specific group of PT stretches/workouts that they did for to recovery their legs. of course, every person is different; but I'd love to hear about what worked for you!
So far, I have had 3 weeks of quality PT with a Home Health PT Therapist and I have graduated from a wheelchair to walker now. Next Thursday, I will start outpatient PT with a very successful PT Clinic, that has an excellent reputation for recovering patients of all types. I'll likely be attending this advanced level PT 3-4 days a week until I'm good to walk again.
What exercises worked for your recovery?
