Dr. Giotikas patients do a lot of physio during lengthening period irrespective of LL method (I am just not sure how about Precise patients). I know that Guichet is also a fan of hard trainings. What about other doctors? Is physio during lengthening a common practice?

You cannot do limb lengthening without dedicating a lot of time to physio.
Lack of physio will fail treatment
