guys never pick your scabs as it gets worse  , i do regret doing it please do not judge me that i should have not done it , i understand and understood that picking the scabs is wrong so no need for mentoring
, i just wanted to know if there anyone came a cross at the same situation as me , i have a big granulation which is a growing tissue through the pin site mainly my granulation is on the big rods and it doest heal ive tried  silver nitrate , iodine liquid, to burn them off it does help , but the main problem is the discharge which never stops everytime it comes out and doesnt let the wound to heal and crust builds up and doesnt let the granulation heal as discharge keeps is moist and  irritates the granulation and it grows back again, ive tried to leave it with crusts on and it builds up alot and after when its too much i try to remove the crusts and underneath granulation grew bigger so the way i manage is to burn it of with silver nitrate every day and cleaning and removing the the crust , but its really annoying that puss yellowish discharge doesnt stop

I had granulation tissue develop around some pins. Just have to deal with it until the pins are removed, I think. Once they were out it was a very easy and painless process to burn them off.

i know its easy to burn it off and doesnt hurt on the small pins it can be fixed but big rods its impossible to get rid of them as the discharge doesnt let this to heal

The extra drainage sucks, but you should just deal with cleaning and exchanging the gauze around those areas an extra time a day.
