I'm considering doing LL on my tibias with Dr. Mahboubian this year, probably in the summer. But unlike Dr. Betz, he doesn't have a list of recommended or preferred places to stay with discounts for his patients.. So I'd like ask people that had LL with him to recommend some places to stay. I'd prefer an hotel with gym and other amenities. Please do not answer "just get an airbnb". That's obviously one of my options but I'd rather stay in a hotel or other rehab house, etc...

During my femur LL with Betz years ago I stayed in the Park Hotel, which is next to the Vitalis rehab center, and the experience was great (especially because i had other fellow LL'ers with me). When I took my rods out one year later I've stayed in Elke's House, which is a house adapted to receive Betz patients and I also had a great time there.

So I'd like to have something similar in LA if that's possible. Let me know if guys have any suggestion.

There’s no LL guest houses or anything like that... you’re more on your own. You find your own PT clinic, your own caretaker if you need one, etc.

You see the doctor once every 4-6 weeks post-op until your done lengthening and that’s about it. Not sure what your budget is, but I wouldn’t recommend going 10 miles away from the clinic because traffic is annoying.

every 4-6 weeks? Isn't 2 weeks the norm in LL?

I went in every 2-3 weeks to see Dr. M.

Here is a link to some travel/accommodations that Dr. M has posted on his website - https://heightlengthening.com/travel-and-accommodations/

I believe if you stay close enough to Dr. M; that he also has an in-house PT that can help you.
