Hello,
I was planning on doing the PMAX end of May but received news the PMAX will be delayed until July. I start a new job the first week of september, mostly computer work. I was curious what the thoughts were on waiting for the weight bearing pmax? pros - weight bearing, good dr, much better/easier recovery, dr said likely only need cane by starting job if that. Cons - delay will now eat into my job time and will be on crutches for a while into job. Do 2.2 - cons- no weight bearing and much longer recovery, will still be on crutches during job. He also offered fitbone? - not much info on it, seems not weight bearing as well.
Id welcome any thoughts?

Who were you planning on doing the surgery with?
What is your source of information regarding a delay in release from May to July?

I have consulted with Dr. Assayag in Baltimore, HSS in NY, and Dr. D. All have confirmed that PMAX is delayed at least until July. There was a delay from the manufacturers.

When pmax comes back who will be doing the surgery besides paley? Seems like a long time before it comes to turkey.
