I was wondering what medications are administered and prescribed after a Precise 2 surgery. Any steroids or hormones? Those have a chance of completely messing up your system (not to mention appearance). What about the painkillers? Any long term side effects we should be aware of?

Antibiotics
Anticoagulants
Painkillers (NSAIDs, opioids depends on the country)
Pregabalin (neuropathic pain)
Teriparatide (off label speeds up bone healing, won't be prescribed by most Drs, also overpriced, but if I had the $ I'd use and abuse it, just not during the distraction phase) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4501931/

To my knowledge, the vast majority of doctors do not prescribe hormones nor steroids for LL.

Very informative, thanks. I'm glad to see that no hormones and steroids are part of this procedure.
