Paley himself doesn’t do followups unless patients have severe issues, and this can be big problem. At first I thought it didn’t matter because Paley would be there to resolve severe complications with his extensive experience. However the problem is, other doctors who do your followups may not detect the issues! This happened to me and another LL patient in this forum. Our issues were only noticed by Paley, and luckily it was not too late and our tiny issues didn’t turn big. If not detected on time, I may need additional surgery and the other person may have bone fracture… which are pretty severe
