why not russia? it falls in ur cost range and they are the pioneers of this and alot of ppl go there to have this done.

Sorry I’m late ahah ! Thanks for reply. Yeah best option for this price is Solomin/Kulesh in Russia!
I think there is no hope in Europe for this price..
And pure external take 9 month with external fixation which is way too much.
