I would think that 6.5 should be safe. My advice is to be aware of it and monitor it during the process. I couldn't because my tibia nails were not weight bearing and after I did the femurs I could barely use the walker so I didn't really have a chance to analyse myself.
There were certain outfits I would wear that brought it to my attention- also while nude- so naturally I did the research and decided go through with it. But because arm lengthening is done in the humerus I am being very conservative to maintain a balance between a satisfactory arm length and not making the humerus appear too long.

Wow when did you do this? Going to write about it hopefully?

I haven't really decided if I'm going to chronicle it. I think eventually I can outline the important points during the journey. I read that Apo caught a lot of flack for doing it and deleted his diary so I was apprehensive about opening up to the board. Ultimately I didn't want to lead a bunch of members to do both segments without being aware of my decision.
I'm 3 weeks in.
Please be careful!

How is the process compared to LL? Easier or harder?
I don't think anything will top the torture of my femur surgery + tibia correction / nerve release. But I'd say it's more painful than Tibias and much more limiting. You need your arms and it's really tough to move them when broken. I was told by the doctors this surgery would be much easier than what I'm experiencing so I'm not sure if it's my bad luck or they were bs ing me. Most of the pain is concentrated around the bone break site. I have a follow up Tuesday so I'll be able to ask wtf it's so Painful when they said it would hardly be.

What is the lengthening rate? Btw, I think that since you did less than 6cm on your fems, you shouldn't do more than like 2.5 or 3cm max...
1mm a day. I'm going to see if lowering it to .75mm a day helps with the pain. My goal is 3-4cm. I'm keeping a very close eye on it to make sure I'm happy with the result.
With 3-4cm per humerus, will be the new wingspan equal to your new height of 176.5?
