Am planning to do quadrilateral lengthening in india, want to gain overall 6 inches (5'10 to 6'4), before anyone asks, no it's not cosmetic my height stunted because of malnutrition.
How much should I do in femurs and tibias max to reach 15cm?

I am an Indian living in India.

You should have your doctor evaluate first, he may have the best answer on how much you should choose for. Welcome to the forum.

Would have no problem if it wasn't for the fact I stunted my height.

I'm in the same boat as you (I had a growth defect growing up). I heavily recommend getting your tibias done fine (three inches or so), trying your best to totally recover your functional abilities, then go for round two later. As for doctors, Parihar and Suhas Shah are the best in India.
