I'm going to move to a 1st world country to work (Australia is the nearest to my country but I'm open to work in other 1st country). My budget will comprise savings and loans.

I honestly feel sad for you guys. Hope you one day earn enough to get the surgery done. LON on Tibia is still a decent choice, even being offered by dr assayag in the US.

Third world countries don't exist anymore, almost every country is now either developing or developed.
I mean, Paley literally opened a clinic in the middle east, so labels like that are useless.

The only ones that could be called poor are the ones at war getting bombed constantly.

So yes, big loans are pretty normal, and easier to get than in the US.
