Hey guys,

Assuming someone decided to lenghten 3 inches (8cm) roughly how long would the recovery take? And precisely how much athleticism/stamina would be gone for good? When i say recovery i dont mean ability to walk with a normal gait, im talking fully recovered.
This is also assuming the surgery was done by a surgeon like paley or becker and not in a cheaper country, with interior nails not external. And everything went to plan with no setbacks or major complications.

Any info is appreciated

Everyone's height lengthening journey is unique so it's really hard to say for any given person what their exact outcome will be. You should conservatively plan on not being 100% for a year, but some people recover quickly and are probably good after as little as 7 months.

You should also plan on losing at least a little overall athleticism after recovering from the surgery, but again it really varies by person just how much athleticism is lost. As long as you're not a professional athlete who depends on it for a living though, it probably doesn't matter.

If you do 8CM+ you can hope it takes you maybe 2 years to be back to pre-surgery normal (running, jumping, lifting, etc).  Some people do well and some dont when you get up there in length.  But most people at least get to a comfortable level like 85% of their former abilities in a reasonable amount of time.  Its really mixed from all the stories Ive read though.

Once you cross like 6CM I think theres a chance you never really get back to a true 100%.  Need to decide how important that is for you.  For me it was extremely important because my entire social life and happiness revolves around sports activities but for others its not and I get that too.  If you're a casual person who lives in a city and only does light exercise you might not even notice.  I think 4-7CM is the ideal amount for this surgery for most people.  Its the optimal point of height increase and full recovery from all the journals ive read.  And your biomechanics will be off but not that off which is something you really cant overcome no matter how much recovery time you give yourself.  If you need to go over 7 or 8CM (like youre really short and dead set on getting much taller) id go quad personally.

Reminder that tiny tim here is BSing you. The reason he didn't lengthen much is because he ran into a bit of pain, cried like a teenage girl, and stopped at 3.2cm. Cursed to be a manlet for life because of his tiny nuts he's now trying to sn-ake you against achieving your own height goals.

It varies wildly.
Also you will never be back to 100% pre surgery athletic abilities.

On your 5th account I see.  Maybe this run will fix your triggered state.  Ive never heard of a power bottom twink who is 30% smaller than someone else and will be just about the same height as them think they are in a position to think they are bigger  Question about full recovery

Heres a visual on how you will look next to a "manlet" btw (in height, obviously not size...you're 30% smaller than me, I could sit on you): https://www.mrinitialman.com/OddsEnds/Sizes/sizes.html?base_ft=5.875&base_in=0&comp_ft=5&comp_in=10

So I guess that makes you a manlet in height but tiny?

Having a repeated temper tantrum because of your inferiority complex is not going to make you any less poor or pathetically weak. Hot girls dont fk with poor small men.  Sorry that hurts to hear and digest.  Nothing will change for you when you're done lengthening.  You're going straight to work at McDonalds so you can affort your sh!tty small apartment and eat.

Little man, no one is impressed with your claims of wealth here, since this isn't the brothel you go to every Friday since your manlet ass can't get a proper girl. Just looks like you're trying to overcompensate for your small stature.

I'm taller than you now and will be 5cm taller when finished. That would make me your superior to women no matter what else - you could be a billionaire and you'd still be my inferior. Being fat isn't the brag you think it is, you must be American.

All we have to remember is you only got 3.2cm, the worst performance in the history of this forum. 3.2cm, just lol, puts a massive fking smile on my face just thinking about you breaking your legs to remain a 5 foot 8 manlet.

lol, im not exactly sure where this came from?😂 i dont actually have a specific “goal” in mind. im currently about 173cm So even doing a basic 2 inches is fine for me. I dont really care for sports or anything like that, but being able to have functioning legs would be the ideal scenario.

lmao you should keep repeating  “im superior” while you work the cash register.  You dont seem to understand…youre the little one, because youre little.  Weve all seen the pic of you.  Youre built like a 12 year old girl.  “Superior to billionairs”. Ooook my guy.  Good luck on that thought.
