Hi guys so I'm planning to undergo the Stryde surgery early next year. I already have the full amount saved up already and another 50K in credit cards in case of emergency but would like to see if i can discount anyway. I think its worth the shot even if the claim is denied.

My question is, I'm I sign up for UnitedHealthCare this open enrollment, would the hospital accept it if i plan the surgery early 2020?  Also what policy should i choose, I heard Premium - out of network coverage from an old thread.

Yes there has been many cases where hospital bill is covered by insurance although its not guaranteed upfront until you book the surgery. I am 25
