Quote from: Shadowhawk on September 24, 2023, 09:42:52 AMMy friend I'm 2 months after removal. Did you have any lordosis and what is your daily routine, any tips. I reached 178 or 179cm so I'm basically your old height. Thanks bro
I never had any lordosis, luckily. I basically do this most days on my own:
- Bodyweight Squats
- Bicycle 15-20 minutes
- Walk 10000 steps at least
- Hamstring stretches
I also have a 30 minute PT session 3 times a week.

Thanks for the info. I will add body squats to the routine.
