I never had any lordosis, luckily. I basically do this most days on my own:

- Bodyweight Squats
- Bicycle 15-20 minutes
- Walk 10000 steps at least
- Hamstring stretches

I also have a 30 minute PT session 3 times a week.

Thanks for the info. I will add body squats to the routine.
