What is the best and healthy option for a 5 ft 10 guy :
1)5 + 5 femur +tibia (become 6 ft 2)
2) 4 +4 femur + tibia (6 ft 1)
3) 5.5 + 5.5
What's the difference between 6 ft 1 and 6 ft 2 in public in general?
does it really noticeable on case of recovery 5.5+5.5 vs 5+5?

6+4.

There is not much difference to notice between 6 and 6'2.

How many people are going to go through the pain, time and money for only 4cm on tibias?

The recommended safe Max. for tibia lies with 5cm. I myself will go with 6+4 as well since it will not end up looking weird or unproportionat and you are not over lengthening both segments.
As an active guy who likes to run and hike this is an important factor if you want maintain your physical abilities after lengthening.
