I’m 167 cm tall and want to gain 14 cm, so I’m planning to do both femur and tibial lengthening. I have a question: has anyone tried using HGH or anabolic steroids during recovery? I’ve read that HGH can speed bone healing and actually accelerate bone aging, which might be a good thing after surgery, since mature bone can heal more effectively. Anabolic steroids are also known to reduce inflammation and help muscles recover faster, especially from the stretching involved in limb lengthening. I haven’t spoken to a doctor yet, but I’d like to hear your thoughts or experiences with this.

perhaps speak with your surgeon about them. I’ve done amateur bodybuiding and have used plenty of GH, peptides, different kinds of steroids. I had professional guidance doing them, still they create a lot of issues. Your body inevitable fuck up processing them. I’d probably stay away from using them all together during distraction phase (bone lengthening phase), lest they create premature consolidation (bone heal too fast), or other weird issues if GH confuses your body.

but speak to your doctor.
